Room Bookings

The hirer agrees to abide by the following rules:

• No smoking or alcohol is allowed on the premises.
• No illegal substances or activities are permitted.
• Noise levels must be kept at a reasonable level, particularly in shared spaces.
• All activities must comply with local laws and ordinances.
• The hirer agrees to use the room for the stated purpose only and will ensure that all visitors comply with the facility’s rules and regulations.
• The hirer is responsible for any damage caused to the room or facility during the hire period.
• The hirer agrees to leave the room in a clean and tidy condition.
• The hirer must not exceed the maximum room capacity this needs to be confirmed when booking.

Health & safety

• The Facility shall not be liable for any personal injury, loss, or damage to property incurred during the hire period.
• The hirer is responsible for securing their own insurance if desired for personal belongings and any third-party accidents during the hire period.

Indemnification

• The hirer agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the Facility and its employees, volunteers, and representatives from any claims, damages, losses, or liabilities arising from the hirer's use of the premises or breach of the terms of this Agreement.
