Booking Terms
- The hirer agrees to use the room for the stated purpose only and will ensure that all visitors comply with the facility’s rules and regulations.
- The hirer is responsible for any damage caused to the room or facility during the hire period.
- The hirer agrees to leave the room in a clean and tidy condition.
- The hirer must not exceed the maximum room capacity. Â Attendees to be confirmed during the booking process.
Payment/Cancellation Policy
- Payment to be made in full at the time of booking.
- You have 14 days to cancel before your booking date.
- 20% of the booking fee will be refunded for cancellations that occur before the 14-day cancellation policy.
