Our vision
Our vision is to provide a provision that is young person centred and supports growth in all area of young peoples lives.
AIMS
- To be led by young people and their needs
- For young people to have fun and enjoy their time at the project
- For young people to develop core life skills
- For young people to develop healthy and safe boundaries
- For young people to establish, develop and maintain positive relationships with the staff and their peers
- To offer young people a nurturing environment where their emotional wellbeing will thrive
- To support young people to return into full time education.
- For young people to access and invest in a project and staff team that will have longevity past the attendance on the programme
- To be community focused
- To be Bromsgrove based to meet the need of the young people within our community
OBJECTIVES
We will encourage positive aspirations that will enhance the young people’s future life choices
We will offer structure and boundaries in an informal but professional setting.
We will support the young people to develop a better sense of self and how they fit within their wider communities
We will encourage positive ideas, interests, and hobbies so that the young people can achieve success
We will signpost to other local agencies or bring them in to work with the groups where needed to ensure young people are getting the support they need and deserve to thrive
Support young people to better identify, assess and manage risk
Increase awareness and offer support on issues affecting young people such as sexual health, mental health, substance use, exploitation, and county lines activity
The project will be tailored to meet the needs and interest of the young people to ensure participation, engagement, and success
